4 Days in Hometown

Dear Frens and Readers,

Lazy Kebby come back to blog again.

I'm just backed from my hometown, Kampar... the warmest place =)

Start to miss my family, friends and HIM badly again...

I will meet you guys at new year soon, 3 more months again ....

Day 1 in hometown

The first thing I do ! Change my Lion hairstyle !! =D

Go back to the secondary school look again....

A look with short fringe... I can't don't have fringe, because of my high forehead... 女生最痛 

Actually I like those girls with middle long fringe, so elegant

I tried to be, but the result is : I'm so ugly ... Sigh ~

My new hair style... ^^

Sit in the salon for 5 hours... backbone also pain..

Finally done at 4pm something and go have a tea with my sis at Taiphon

Nowadays, Kampar is full with bubble tea shop.

My sis recommend me to try Taiphon... still ok ok.. maybe the drinks that I order is not too nice for me , try another things next time =)

Selca time again... long time no take photo v her ...
We have same hair style now

At the night, meet up hubby and his brother with his couple at blackball,bubble again =D

we didn't take photo... oh no..

We should take photo next time... Shiau Ying =)

Kampar's outlet is better than Singapore one... because can choose the ice favour... I like wintermelon ^^

I love the QQ so much... yummy !! 

Day 2 

Gather with HIM and have lunch with sis too.

Actually we don't know what to eat in the afternoon, seem like not too much things to eat...

Wish to try Vegas big burger, but no open in lunch time... so bad, final decision : McDonald... 

Self -loving again with french fries... =D

Dinner time.... miss this naughty boy and Wai Po muchie

Have a chit-chat with my girls in Bubbleans... bubbletea again...
I just realised we didn't take photo also ....
Happy to meet you all and gather around 3 hours..
We have long time didn't chat and we still can stick together...
But some of them are not in hometown, wish to meet you all next time... miss again =(






Day 3

Go Ipoh to eat dim-sum and shopping
Try a new dim-sum place, not bad...
Qi Yuan in Greentown...
Their famous mee  刀削面... highly recommend... nice !!

Shop around but have nothing to buy...

We wear the same cloth...few poeple ask us whether we are twins or not in the same day..
Are we look alike ?? =D

Day 4

Going back to Singapore again...

I need to adjust my feeling again...

Control and control...but drop my tears in the bus...

I miss them badly...

Meet you all again, 3 more months to go...

Wait me 3 more months again =(

九层糕

Happy Haji Day....

假日总想回家，没关系，再忍两个星期

有个长点点的周末，可是又没什么特别活动

所以姐姐和我又手痒了，这次我们弄九层糕

我童年最爱吃的糕点，因为可以一层层吃，又可以玩又可以吃.... =D

谢谢姐姐朋友receipe，我又偷师了。。。

材料：

A : 粘迷粉 350g ；木薯粉 250g ; 盐 1 茶匙；农椰浆 500 ml ; 清水 400ml

B : 糖 350g ；清水 700g ; 班兰叶 4 片 （打结）

C : 红，青，黄色素各少许 （可在市面容易买到，我用班兰叶打成汁，当成青色素）

做法：

1. 将材料A全部倒入盘里，搅拌均匀

2. 将材料B煮滚，拿掉班兰叶，倒入1内，搅拌均匀

3. 第2步骤后，将她分成 4 分，加入少许颜色素 (红，黄，青，白）

4. 顺序一层层倒入方形盘，每层大约200ml ,蒸大约5分钟，每层用牙签插入（没粘物）确保熟才倒入另一层。最后一层蒸大约20-30分钟。

**取出等待冷后才切块，食谱建议最好用朔料刀切。

完成！！卖相不大好 =D

Bakering day again...

My sis and I are dessert lover, so we always try different things

No pain no gain... for sure, we always fail too... keke

Today, we are lucky because we success to bake egg tart...

INGREDIENTS:

撻皮材料：

• 麵粉（plain flour） 225克
• 牛油（奶油 butter）125克
• 糖霜（icing sugar）55克
• 雞蛋（打散成汁） 1隻
• 雲呢拿香油（vanilla extract）少許

蛋汁材料：

• 雞蛋 3隻
• 幼砂糖（caster sugar）110克
• 熱水 225克
• 花奶（evaporated milk）85克
• 雲呢拿香油（vanilla extract）1/2茶匙

Happy 20th Birthday

It's finally October,I'm waiting for my birthday long long ago..

I pass my birthday in my working... because its Friday... 

Thanks my senior treat me Delifrance sandwich with egg mayo... it's so nice, love it a lot

After the work, family and I go TCC @Marina Bay Sand to celebrate Brother and my birthday.

Our birthday just 1 day different... he is at 6 Oct... is it awesome?? Hahahaha... so we celebrate our birthday together....

My sis -Stephanie and me baked the butter cake this morning...
1st try .. SUCCESS!
Omg...  both of us are so happy...


Ingredient :
1) 250g butter
2）200g sugar
3)250g self-raising flour
4) 4 eggs
5) 40ml milk

材料
1）250g 奶油
2）200g 砂糖 
3）250g 发粉 
4）4粒 全蛋 
5）40ml 牛奶水 

Step :

1) Stir the butter with sugar evenly until white cream colour in high speed

2) Put the egg one by one into the butter & sugar mix ( every egg should be mix evenly before another in)

3) Pour the flour into the mix separate by 3 times,stir it until become cream 

4) Pour in the milk and mix evenly around 2-3 mins

5) Put into the model , 170c , 45 mins

* Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins with 150c before that

方法：

1) 将牛油和糖粉快速打发至发白， 

2) 蛋一粒一粒加入（加一粒后，快速打均匀再加第二粒，直至四粒全部加入为止）， 

 3 ) 筛入面粉，用刮刀拌匀 

4） 个蛋黄糊打均匀后再加入牛奶水搅拌均匀

5） 倒入烤模，170c ，烤45分钟

* 预热烤炉，150c , 10 分钟

Hello guys,

How you all pass your holiday?

At home or outstation?

At Singapore just have 3 days holiday, M'sia student got 10 days...

I miss my school life..... T_T

Today, my sis and I made Homemade pancake & pandan riceball

I love both of them... haha...

Cartoon Pancake ... Our first try =)

Ingredients :

3 Eggs

Low Fat Milk ( eg. HL ) 50g

White Sugar 50g

Self-raising flour 100g
Oil ( 2 small spoon )

* add others Favour also can, like we add Pandan

Ways :

Mix it all together and stir it until squishy (糊狀的)
** Use some planta / salad oil wipe in the model before pour the MIX into 
 #  Switch the machine on to heat around 2 mins before start to make the pancake
@ Cook the Pancake around 3 - 5 mins

Can EaT ^ ^

HL Chocolate milk  + Cornflake + Strawberry 

Riceball
Look like simple , but yummy... ginger soup warm my stoamch

Chongqing Grilled Fish

Today eat Grilled Fish with my brother and friends at Bugis
Its very tasty but quite spicy for me 
Actually you can choose the favour and the level of the spice that you prefer
Beside that , you still can choose the side order to cook with the fish
You guys can go to have a try , highly recommend

The place is near Bugis street ...

There have so many restaurant around...got many dessert shop
Luckily I'm not stay around there, if not I will become fatty boom boom soon !!
Next time wanna go try the steamboat opposite this shop
Seem like nice too =D

Work life

It can say that it's my first job in my life
because last time the job is part time only...
the longest working period is 3 months... =D

Thanks god let me have a job in a short period
Din ever think I can find the job so fast...
I happy to work at here , because my colleagues are quite good
Although there is many daily job need to complete , but I enjoy in it...
I prefer keep on busy rather than just sit at there
Maybe I'm weird ppl... =D

Wish my career will going on smoothly...

Day in Singpore

Time pass so fast, I have been here one week ago...
Did you all miss me? Maybe no one... =D
I miss my home , my bed a lot...

I really can't remember the way so much although I come over Sg for so many times... stupid  =P

I really need to brush up my English , sometimes I cant even fully understand what some Singaporean speaking, so poor in language , wuwu ~~
Life is tough, but I need to go through, because I'm strong too ... =D
