Happy Sunday & buttercake

My sis -Stephanie and me baked the butter cake this morning...
1st try .. SUCCESS!
Omg...  both of us are so happy...


Ingredient :
1) 250g butter
2)200g sugar
3)250g self-raising flour
4) 4 eggs
5) 40ml milk

材料
1)250g 奶油
2)200g 砂糖 
3)250g 发粉 
4)4粒 全蛋 
5)40ml 牛奶水 
Step :
1) Stir the butter with sugar evenly until white cream colour in high speed
2) Put the egg one by one into the butter & sugar mix ( every egg should be mix evenly before another in)
3) Pour the flour into the mix separate by 3 times,stir it until become cream 
4) Pour in the milk and mix evenly around 2-3 mins
5) Put into the model , 170c , 45 mins

* Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins with 150c before that

方法:
1) 将牛油和糖粉快速打发至发白, 
2) 蛋一粒一粒加入(加一粒后,快速打均匀再加第二粒,直至四粒全部加入为止), 
 3 ) 筛入面粉用刮刀拌匀 
4) 个蛋黄糊打均匀后再加入牛奶水搅拌均匀
5) 倒入烤模,170c ,烤45分钟

* 预热烤炉,150c , 10 分钟
