Healthy Kimbap

Healthy Kimbap 
( Not traditional Kimbap)

Hubby and  I had just made it this afternoon
We made it without adding oil and fats..
So we can eat it without any worries...
Especially for girls,
I 'm afraid  fat too... =)
Okay...lets see how to make it ^^




         Ingredients : Normal white rice or Japanese rice , Seaweed , Egg , Hotdog ,Crab Meat Stick






















* Actually you can put in what you like , eg: Cucumber , Carrot ....


Steam / Fried the hotdog...I prefer steam because it wont be so oily

After preparing well, Cut all the ingredients into half , except HOTDOG ( Cut into 4 )

TATA....like that...egg and crab meat stick also into half
 * Use a little bit butter instead of oil when frying egg ...healthy and wont be so oily ~

I recommand you to use this to make the Kimbap tighter, you can buy it from supermarket (Kitchen Utensil)
 
Its the Step to make it 

 1 . Put 1 or 2 Spoon Vinegar into the rice ( Mix it evenly )
 2 . Put the Seaweed on the center 
 3 . Put the Rice , Egg , Hotdog , Crab meat stick on it...( Egg,Hotdog ,Crab meat place closely )
 4 . Roll them by hand first and use the  utensil wrap it roll again 
 5 . Done ! 




 NOTICE !
Pull it so that the Kimbap  can tightly ... but dun pull too hard... ^^
Left Space at the last place


Last step it cut them into one by one nicely
 
TATA...Place nicely and you can eat it    =D
